Sophie Pychlau investigates how the evolving world of work shapes employees' behavior and relationships at work. Believing that we need to "meet people where they are," she studies the experience of employees facing a variety of challenges: working multiple jobs, finding space for hobbies, or making mistakes at work.

Following her passion for studying what matters, Sophie utilizes diverse methods such as field studies, experiments, and daily-experience methods, to examine how people navigate their unique challenges.
